Dame and being written out. But because of your love, you held us with your right hand of righteousness, and you've been helping us. Lord, we take this moment for pray to pray for strength for those that are weak this morning. We pray for restoration of health back for those that are challenged with their health this morning. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, every spirit of fear we bind them this morning. And Lord, we bring the spirit of love, hope, and everlasting joy into every area of our heart in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Thank you, eternal rock of ages, in Jesus' mighty name. We are praying. Amen. Amen. Good morning, everybody. Welcome to another beautiful Wednesday, the 22nd of April. April is gone. A few more days we will be looking at uh may and uh we thank God because God has never gone anywhere, he's with us at all times. Uh every day goes by, but God renew and refresh himself in our lives every day, and we give him praise for all of that. Um, this morning topic is uh it's it's for everyone, every one of us, including myself that I'm speaking, that we need to get to that level, that our our bias reason to that level that we won't be worried about circumstances, we will not be controlled by situation, we will not be controlled by the affairs of this world, but our trust and our hope are confidence we rely on God, and that's why this message this morning is so strong and uh it's so powerful. And um, I wanted to uh I know Sister Bridget uh prepared for it and uh pray that the Lord will strengthen her, the law will continue to give her that that enablement to continue to push forward in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Um covering for her this morning, and um this morning, uh raising the bar is the title, but the subtitle says stop being afraid. Subtitles say stop being afraid. Who can actually say not be not be afraid? Who nobody when you look at things around you because we're human, because we we're we're still part human and spirit of God lives in us, there is a tendency for fear. When fear comes, it's very difficult to just win wing it out. It's very this the most difficult thing to just wing out, but we can intentionally go into the word of God to rebuild the love of God for ourselves to be able to not be afraid, because without the word of God, fear is there, it's it's a very powerful tool that the devil uses in the life of the children of God because the one that lives in the world they don't care because they they they live anyhow, they live anyway, and they just don't care about what the outcome of anything will be. They are on that risky life path that doesn't look for hope anywhere, but just want to enjoy the moment and do whatever they want to do for the moment. But we are not the same, and that's what makes us separate, set apart. That everything that we're doing in life, we're doing it for a purpose, and we're not only doing it for the things in here, we're doing it for the things to come. Hallelujah. And that's why it's important that we must get to that level of raising the bar of our faith, raising the bar of our relationship, raising the bar of our knowing who God is in our life individually, because until we get to that level, we will still be controlled by the thing that Satan brings to our lab that is actually not something that God cannot cannot handle. Because there is nothing that we're going through in life today that God cannot handle. Because when I started into this topic, and I look at it and I like I look at so many stories in the life, and every one of us, whether we we want to admit it or not, we have a giant that that's operating that's causing fear. What do we want to come to admit it or not? Put faith outside, put trust God aside, put all of this. If you're still bleeding blood and you're still human, there is a giant that you're dealing with. There's a giant, and that giant, every time comes to your heart, there is a fear that comes with it. But today, in the name that is above every other name, you will be liberated from it in the mighty name of Jesus, right? So that's why we must raise that bar of our understanding of who God is. We must raise that bar of what God's expectation is for our life. So we will not allow Satan to manipulate, to control, or to even try to deceive us of God's ability to deliver. So let's go into the word this morning because I know there's some there will be people that will share the experience this morning. We must get to that level that we raise that bar above fear, raise that bar above circumstances, raise that bar above what the world has to do that may want to affect our flesh. Many of us are afraid because of what the flesh is telling us to be afraid of. But why would we be trusting uh the devil, which can only kill the flesh, and not trusting the one that can actually kill the flesh, raise the flesh, and then do more than what the what the devil can do. Why not put our trust in him? Or say if I live, I live for him, and if I die, it's getting when we get to that level of barrist that our bar has been raised, then there is nothing that the devil wants to bring away that will stop us from moving forward for what God wants to do. Let's go into the world. Raise the bar, stop being afraid. Again, it's not easy. Don't think I'm I'm speaking right now. I see I have my own giant that I'm dealing with, and every day, every morning I wake up and I tell God, this giant, Lord God Almighty, I'm leaving it for you. You are the one that can fight, but I'm gonna face it. I'm not going to stop what you want me to do because of that giant. Until you knock that giant out and you destroy that giant fully, then I will continue to move forward with you, regardless of what the case may be. So the book we're gonna read this morning is the book of uh 2nd Samuel, chapter 21, verse 21. 2 Samuel. If anybody had the Bible, let's just read it together. 2nd Samuel chapter 20, 21, verse 21. Um, give me a minute, I'm gonna try to open my Bible here to so I can read it out. I don't mean some on the this world. The giant is real. Trust me. Everybody telling that they don't have trouble, they don't have problem. Um I can read the son. Yeah, you can go ahead and read mine. Thank you.

Thank you. You know, I'm going somewhere. So I want to start from 19. David killed Goliath. Goliath was the one tempting them, put them in the fear monger. When David killed Goliath, they get their freedom. Another Goliath rose up. So fear will not disappear overnight. Tanato will not disappear overnight. As you kill one, another one is rising. But we must get to get that grip in the Lord to say, no matter what the case may be, because I am trusting you. It doesn't matter whichever Goliath comes up, there are many more of giant killer within me and around me that will knock down every giant that I have in life. And you know, when we look at giants, then most of the time we're not looking at the physical giants, you know, uh anything that is that is out of line from God's promises for your life, they are giants. Let me put that, put it to you that way. Is it that job that you have a boss that gives you an assignment and you did that assignment perfectly? You get get that project done to the best where you pray about it, and God give you wisdom, and you executed that project beyond anybody else, and you presented it. He himself was even astonished about your work, and that same boss appreciates your work that you did, but we give you help, he won't let you have peace, even though you are the one that's making them shine. That's a goliath. Is it that marriage that you are giving everything that you need to do, praying, dedicating, and doing everything in that marriage, and still yet, you're still having trouble. That's a Goliath. That's a giant. Your budget was balanced, but at the end of it, you still have death. It's a giant, or maybe some of us with our health that we are dealing with, and we are praying, we fasted, we did everything, and nothing has moved yet. That's a giant. So giants can come in diverse ways, or maybe that child you've been praying for that. Make something happen in the life of this child, but this child is not improving. That's a giant, but I pray all of the giants that is keeping us worried, that is bringing fear into our heart. Today, God will bring solution to all of them and kill those giants in the name of Jesus Christ. So I'm gonna read out this morning. It's after David killed Goliath, four other men, four, four, not only one Goliath was tormenting them. So they were reserved. Devil himself reserved. Okay, if you win this test, I will give him another test, I will give him another test just to say God is not on his side, so he can give him to me. That is all they want. Goliath said, We are going to torment you, and they cannot do anything with him until God shows up. I pray that God will show up for you. In whatever situation you're going through, God will show up for you and he will defeat every Goliath in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Jonathan, nephew, kill giants that rose against the Israelite. You are the Israel of today, in the physical, spiritually, you are adopted into the kingdom of God by the blood of Jesus Christ. He said, which took place in God. There were huge men with six fingers and each hand and six toes with six on each toe, 24 of them altogether. They are abnormal. Everything that is out of God's God's word on God's creation, as God said it, that is troubling you, that is limiting God in your life, or that look outside of God's plan for your life. They're giant, and God will defeat all of them today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. These creatures, they are normal people, and they are tormenting us. God gave us perfect hell. He said, I have made you my own image, beautifully made and wonderfully made. Anything that is out of that is a giant, and God is going to reverse them and kill them in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It was also a descendant of Rapha who had taunted Israel. Jonathan's son, Shime, David's brother, killed him. So I'm telling you, when we talk about corporates together, when we are talking about the children of God coming together and getting each other back in prayer, you know how many prayer that you offer to somebody that's killing giants in their life, that's killing all the things in their life. So don't stop praying for one another, don't stop coming into the prayer meeting, don't stop praying along in the corporate place because David killed one Goliath, David brother, killed another Goliath. As Goliath are raising up, God is raising army that will be destroying them. And I pray that God will raise army for you. God will raise army for me that will destroy every giant that we're going through in our lives in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. David has raised the bar. That is where we're going today. David stepped up in the name of the Lord. David did not fight Goliath by himself. Anybody that anything that is written out of the character of God against you, God will defeat them. All you need to do is go against them in the name of the Lord. And that's why we're going today. Because David decided to say, I am going to walk by faith, not by sight. This man, yes, is seven foot. This man is a sword, is taller than me. This man is so big, but I am not going to go to him because I am going with going to fight him with the one that is bigger than him. The biggest, the stronger than the strongest, the bigger than the mightier than the mightiest, which is the Lord of hosts. And I know because he is on my side, victory is mine. That's the bar that David rose. That is the bar that David rose. And that bar is what I'm talking, we're talking about today. That you must get to that level, that your relationship with God is the only thing that matters. Because when that is the only thing that matters, brethren, I'm telling you, I guarantee you, anywhere that you step into, if there's a Goliath over there in the name of Jesus Christ that is that is stronger than any other name, every Goliath will come down, they will bow and they will knee to confess that yes, God lives in you. Let me read on David has raised the bar, witnessing the defeat of what others had previously deemed impossible. Get them the strength to overcome their own giant. Listen to this. Until 1954, no one had ever run a mile in under four minutes. No one had ever run a mile in under four minutes, and most people assume it is virtually impossible. But on May 6, 1954, at Oxford University, track mate Roger Bonnister completed the distance in three minutes and 59.4 seconds. They said it cannot be done. But he made up his mind that with God, I can do this. And he did it, and he even does it better. There is nothing that God cannot destroy. There is nothing God cannot build. There is nothing God cannot do for you. All you need to do is run in. The Bible said the name of Jesus Christ is a strong tower. The righteous runnet into it and they are saved. And anything that we're doing outside of God will put us in a place of tormenting. But when we run into the presence of God, even though the torment may be there, even though struggle may be there, even though fire may be there, when God is there with us, those things will not have effect, lasting effect in our heart. And that's where we're going this morning. He has slain the giants. Two months later, Australian John Landy broke banisters' record. Listen, when we raise that standard from our own personal life to say, Yes, Jesus is Lord over my life, and I can overcome everything because he said I shouldn't worry about anything because I can overcome them. And I start living that life, and I start breaking the record that yes, I have overcome shame, I have overcome fear, I have overcome sickness, I have overcome lack, I have overcome everything that the enemy threw at me, like Job overcome everything. And Joseph overcame everything. And I pray that you will overcome every challenges that you may be going through today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. That you will raise the bar and say, Yes, God has done this thing. And I'm raising the bar to show the world that yes, this is what the Lord has done. Like that song said, Come and see what the Lord has done for me. You know, the tax is where we're going. Two months later, what everybody has been saying for years, it cannot be done. It was the record was broken in 1954. Two years later, another person broke the record. Record proving that four minute miles was such a psychological and physical barrier. But I wanted to say it's not psychological and physical barrier, it is a lack of trusting in the Lord that brings weakness in everything else that we're doing. Because the trust in the Lord brings hope, restores faith, and build that ability and tenacity that we need to move forward. Because in the presence of God, the joy of the Lord brings the strength that we need, it brings the courage that we need. And the angelic hosts are coming down to come and support us because we have dedicated everything to Him to have control over everything. So psychologically, physically, we will be empowered because our mindset that the enemy may be lying to. Now it's being rewritten by the word of God, by the promises of God now being established in our heart that we will not be able to give in to the lie of the devil anymore, but we hold on to the promises of God. I read them in the first half of the 20th century, first half of 20th century. Excuse me, my screen is wrong. Many people attempted to climb Mount Everest and failed. We read it last week. Uh that one of the mountain, one of some of some of the group of people tried to climb it and they were defeated. But you know what? They dispose the person that came and speak at the death of the at the funeral of those people say, Yes, we are coming back, you mountain, and we are going to overcome you. Did they overcome it? Many people fell around the world to find that mountain, but on the May 29th, 1953, Edmund Hallory, and a safra guy, Tyson Norway, were the first human to reach the summit. Since then, every 7,000 climber regaining ranging from age 13. Are you hearing me? So 80 had completed the expedition. A mountain that they say cannot be climbed. Once it's climbed, once record is broken. That thing that you think cannot be done, once you trust the Lord and the Lord did it for you, the record is broken. And guess what? If you don't even know if it can be done, go back into the word of God. Go and read the story about Joseph in the in the in the book of Genesis. Go and read the book of Job, about Job in the book of in the book of Job. Go and look at their history. Look at the life of David. Look at the life of Jesus. They say it cannot be done. But guess what? It has been done. The record has been broken. All you need to do is pick up that book of the law of God and let it sit in you as it is written in the book of Joshua 1.8. Don't let it depart out of your mouth, out of your mind, out of your thoughts. Then you can have the success that you need in everything that you're doing. David Bannister. Of their days, and is they and inspire others to match and excel in their in their train in their in their face. You do yourself and others a disservice when you run from your giant. You put many people, you know, with the battle you're fighting right now. You know how many people are touched behind you that when you win, they can start running. Yeah, let me repeat that. This battle you're fighting, there are many people watching you say, How is she going to finish it? How is he going to do it? Ah, let's see how it and when you finish and you win, then they will build the courage to say, Yes, if you can do. It we can do it, and how can that be done? You show them that the Lord lives in you, and greater is He that lives in you than He that's in the world. So don't let that challenge overcome you. You need to stop being afraid and tackle it head on, tackle the hard task and remind yourself if God did it before, He can do it again and again and again, and He did it for others, He can do it for you, for me, for our children, for this generation and generation to come in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. That is all that I have this morning. I'd like to take some contribution because this is a very message that I said. It's not just for one person, it's for all of us. We have this little giant that's trying to torment us, make us feel like we are not worthy, make us feel that we cannot do it, make us feel that we are not. But one thing that I want us to keep in mind when the giants come, don't run away from God, run to God and let God carry you to face the giant. We have noticed, even including myself, that whenever we feel tired, whenever we feel weak, whenever we feel discouraged, whenever we feel that the present night, what we do is we withdraw and we just give in to those things. God wants us to say, Call upon me in the time of your weakness. That's when I will hear you. It's it's in that time of weakness, it is in that time of problem that we need God more, not going away from Him. I'm speaking to myself, and I'm speaking to you this morning that the more time that you have to face every giant, you cannot do it on your own or alone. You must get to the presence of God and push God first, and God will go with you and will take care of the mountain. Say, I will not leave you or forsake you. You go through the fire, I will go with you. Go through the water, it will not drown you. Because he is a faithful God. I pray that God will help us to continue to trust him in Jesus' name. If you don't know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, I'd like to give you an opportunity this morning. Um, you can't face any giant and win without God. David won the battle by saying, We stays defiling the name, the army of the of the Lord. And he went to beat, take down Goliath in the name of the Lord. You need the name of the Lord to fight your Goliath. And how do you how do you get the name of the Lord in your life? Jesus is in Lord Himself. So you must ask him. That repeat after me if you will, that Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I believe you're the Son of God. I believe you died for me. I believe you rose from dead for me. This morning, I confess you as my Lord and personal savior. And if you say that prayer, we pray that the Holy Spirit fall upon you, Holy Spirit style in you and direct you in the pathway of righteousness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. To continue to grow in the word, you need to look for a Bible-believing church close to you. Tell them if accepted Christ, they walk with you. If you can find a church, go on the internet. Type rccg.org.org. You will find a redeemed Christian church of God close to you. Tell them if accepted Christ and they walk with you. But for the rest of us, don't give in. Don't give in. Don't give in. This battle, you will win and you will raise the bar for people coming behind you to start winning battle as you won in the mighty name of Jesus. Well, I've really exhausted everything. I just want to say that you know, God does not really appreciate that fear that we you know we manifest or demonstrate sometimes, you know, it doesn't really like it. We see it in the life of the Israelites. You know, uh, we see the 12 spies that were that we sent to go and uh spied Jericho and they came crying. They said they cried throughout the night, only Kele by Joshua uh stood out, you know. So and they said giants were there, the sons of whatever, whatever were there, and they were not going to be able to take it. But the the Lord has made us know that it's not by power, it is not by mind. Yes, and that is why Paul said, I can do all things through Christ as Christ. So it is not about me, it's about God. Yes, as long as God's hand is in that matter, the truth is secured. So we pray that God will grant us that boldness. The Bible says that God has not given us the spiritual fear, He has given us the spirit of love, of power, and a sound mind. That's what I keep telling myself. Whenever I'm confronted, even in the night to drive all the by we are looking at maybe 1 to 1 a.m. everywhere, push everywhere and say, Lord, you have not given me the spirit of fear. I teach the word of God and I say, Lord, I receive your potential, I receive your preservation. So, whatever the situation, we are not ordinary people. It's just for us to receive assurance and be clear to all that God has is in this matter, and God is giving me the leading. That is just what we require. That is required and expected of us. I pray that the Lord will really, like Pastor rightly said, if everybody will have our giant, that's just the truth of the matter. As long as we are seeing this flesh and blood, is there the fear is there, austerity is there, so we cannot deny that. But God also knows, we also have a high priest, you know our effirmities, you know, our weaknesses, you know, our little area of strength, but he's here to say, Come up here, come up here. We hate for you. So we are not to be discouraged. The Lord will help us and strengthen us in Jesus' name.

Amen. Thank you, sir. Thank you so much, Mommy Bridget. Thank you, thank you. God has not given that spirit again. Anything that is weighing you down, that is making you feel like God, where are you? It's not from God, though. And the Bible says anything that raises self, every touch that raises self above God, you should cast them down. And anything that's out of the promises of God concerning your life, it's not from God. So we need to take active look at how we're dealing with these issues. Are we giving in to them or are we giving them to God? Yes. Are we giving in to the problem or are we taking the problem and giving the problem to God? Which one are we doing? If we're giving in to them, we start worrying about them, we start being afraid about them, we start asking, oh, what are we what is what is this problem for? But when we take it and take it to God, we stop worrying about it. How many of us have that giant that we've been fighting on that we've been worrying about? And is that giant as it moved? No. And them over to God, and you will see God working on it, and God changing them and knocking them down for you. God give us that enablement. It's not an easy task. I always say this, but it takes intentionality, takes you getting into the presence of God. Know God more because when you know God more, you will know his character, you'll be able to trust him. Like children, they can go out and come out and say, Daddy, I want this. If that's one thing about children, they will come home and say, Daddy, I want this. And they say, I'm the one that carried the worry. They don't worry about it. The next time they see me, Daddy, have you done it yet? That is how we should be looking at things with God. That's how we should be looking at things with God. Oh, daddy, this medication is finished. It doesn't worry. We're not because other medication, but it's my job to make sure that you're fine. It is God's job to make sure that it defeats purpose, defeat the devil concerning you. It is God's job to make sure that you are healthy, it is God's job to make sure that you have money to pay your bill, it is God's job to make sure that you have table food on your table. It is God's job. Not that I'm saying that you should be lazy, not do anything on your own. That's not what I'm saying, but it is God's job to make sure that you're fine. And if you don't take mother to God, how will he know? Don't you know? But it should expect you to come. So you don't receive because you don't ask. And when you ask, you're right asking wrongly. Many of us just need a room, we want to we want a mansion. Many of us just need a car, we want a Lamborghini. And when we get a mansion, we can't pay for it. When we get a Lamborghini, it's too fast for us to drive. We can't when we drive it on the street, we start getting pulled over. Let me stop.

Um I think the love of God, like I said yesterday, is so enormous that He wants to keep us on our toe all the time. It looks like a continuation of what we talked about yesterday, too. You know, and I remember mentioning this issue of fear yesterday that all fear wants to do is to paralyze you so that you will not attain the purposes of God for your life, and so we've got to kick it out. Yes, I remember somebody gave fear as an acronym of false evidence, evidence appearing real. Yeah, it's false evidence because it will look as if everything is positive, you know. Look at those who went to spy the land when the Israelis were trying to say, Ah, we look so when they came back, depending on what two groups. Some said that we look like ants, and they become a hand, and the one you know, they become a hands you want them to say that they look like ants, but the other group said we can do it, and that is the spirit hallelujah. The spirit of we can we can do all things through Christ that strengthen us, but first and foremost, we must have a relationship with him, yes, ma'am. Thank you for calling those who don't know Christ to come and meet with him, come and wine and dine with him, to come and enjoy him. You must have a relationship with him, it's so important. Giants are there, and they will be there for age, yes, ma'am. They will be there forever. It is only the bold ones, it is the it is only those who are in Christ that can take the horn by the bull and then face the giant, and then the giant will give way. God has promised that we will make all the crooked ways straight. So, what's our problem? But I tell you, it's not easy, like you rightly said. When these giants confront us, we are not able, we are not facing the giant by our own strength. We are facing the giants by the help of God, and I tell you, many times these giants come to us in different shades and sizes so that we can betray blazers to leading other people.

A Marriage Giant And Godly Counsel

When in cancer, for example, when when when something happens and people some people come to you and they say this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this. If you have not gone that way before, it may be very difficult to advise, ordinary advice, to give advice, it will be very, very difficult. I share a very small uh testimony of my personal life with you. When I got married, I thank God we had that issue, you know, and my husband will say, uh, this one today. If it is not the stew, that is not tasty, tomorrow it is the there's always one complaint. One thing or the other, you know, and I I was disturbed. What kind of thing is this? And you know, like I said the other time, I'm a fire brand person. I was just a police men on my job, and oh, you know, that kind of stuff, and I saw that this thing is going to be giving us problems the way we are doing it, so I summed up courage and told an elderly sister. Though my Christian faith was very weak, I must confess. It wasn't as if I was strong in the Lord. I told you I married as an unbeliever. For anyone who is listening today, this is what God can do for you. Amen, amen, amen. So I I I summoned courage and told somebody. I said, See, is this what you people call marriage? This one, this one, ta cha-cha pa every day. And the woman laughed. I told her about the food, especially. And the woman said, Ah, the this you was becoming a giant, a big one. I'm telling you, it was it was a daily thing. I pray my husband will be listening this morning. You know, it was it was a big thing. So when I told the woman, I said, Stashola, this, this, this, this the sister laughed. She started laughing. I felt very bad. I said, see what is bothering me, and this woman is laughing about it. And she said, Oh, exactly. I went through that same thing that he was not even her own husband, but her mother-in-law. And that it was still that mother-in-law that told us something. And she said, You know what you are going to do? I said, What do I do, ma? She told me, she said, Go and buy crayfish. You see those big crayfish, those red ones. There said, Go and buy it. Make sure it is clean, remove the scale, remove, remove the eye, because sometimes it sounds like stone. She just told me that thing. And she said, Okay, when you do that, grind it properly into powder, real powder. And where any food you make, just add crafish. Honestly speaking, sir, say just add crafish to it. If it's too, don't put too much. Is it okra? Is it a wedding? Is it a four? Is it everything? Always put honestly, sir. He did the he did the trick.

He did the trick because the woman told me that it was her mother-in-law that brought that solution to her, that she was testing her. That will be for another day, so that we come back to our track. You know what? What am I saying? Uh, like I said the other time, that will have been a big giant for me if I was pushing the giant's nature because it was everyday quarrel and like the stand I will take. No, no, no, and was becoming a threat our matrimony. And so when I did this, he will not complain. We say, Ah, this is better today, oh thank God. This is better today, thank God. What am I saying? And by the grace of God, that has helped me to to do some other things too, you know. It's not only the food, some other things. I will ask, I will ask and say this thing and that thing, and I tell you, this same marriage that almost was almost at the fringe of breaking would be 45 years, maybe, hallelujah, hallelujah. If I if I a closed mouth, it's a close destiny, a closed mouth is a close destiny. If I had kept quiet and approached it, yeah, you know, because the and approached it the way I the posture I have, and you could then call on beahoe, you know, that kind of posture, that woman's posture, equality, equal, equalization. And thank you, sir. You know, if I have, but after that, that woman I spoke with happened to be a Christian. I had started going to Bible study and stuff, but I wasn't really on the line like that, like that. So, what am I trying to encourage us to do? To remain with the Lord. I said it yesterday, too. Our relationship with God, you know, God is our father. He's somebody we can go to, like you said. I want this one, I want that. But if you don't have a relationship with him, if you don't pass through that experience, you will not be able to help others. So some of these things come to us because God wants to showcase us like he showcased that my sister. If I didn't go to her, I don't know what will have happened because I couldn't be bothered then. You know. So we need to keep this thing and apply it to the minutest things in our lives. They may look small, even in in child, child rearing, mothering, you know, in us taking care of our children. If we have challenges, if we have mountains, we can we take it to God. We tell him, after telling him we can seek cancer, that's not a bad in me, but you must know where you go. That is the important thing. Because there are places where you go that they will amplify the fear for you. Oh wrong counsel, yeah. Yes, they will amplify the fear. So it is important for us not to fear, but as we are not going to fear, it is God that will help us to drive away the fear. Because many times, if you are not careful, when you wake up in the morning, what you see is the fear. Hey, what are we going to eat today? Hey, maybe they have done this thing today. That is the first thing that so you need to quell it by the by by the help of the Holy Spirit. So I tell us to round it up, and we still talk of relationship, encourage us in the place of prayer, too. Yes, we mentioned it yesterday. Pastor Mrs. said things that entangle civilians, we shouldn't allow it to entangle us. But civilians will not take it to God. Yes, when I say civilians, I'm talking spiritual civilians now. They will not take it to God. Unbelievers, yes, unbelievers, they will not take it to God. So we need that consistency, you know, to follow God. It is his job to make sure that we are okay, like you said. But that is if we remain with him, if we don't remain with him, will he continue chasing us all over the place? No, his love, his hands are not short to deliver, but we must yield to him. He has done his own, he has given us that that's that his son, he has given him to us. The honors is honest, and God will help us.

Choose Friends Who Build Faith

I pray that the Lord will strengthen you more in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank you, mommy Ladapo, for that you know, wonderful contribution this morning. Thank you so much. You know, um, as mommy was talking, because everybody has already, you know, taken everything that I want to contribute this morning. But as mommy ladder was talking, what came to my mind when she was talking about the issue of counseling, that look for someone that can cancel a godly counsel, you know, and uh another thing that came to my mind was like, okay, everybody already talked about our relationship with God, relationship with God really matters most. But another thing, you know, relationship with one another, who we relate with, who we call friends, who we surround our people ourselves with, you know, goes a long way. If we want to look at the write-up of today, look at the people that David surrounded himself with, or people that surround David, either of the two, either way, look at the people that surround David. And who are the people you surround yourself with goes a long way, like I said from the beginning. David already, you know, David already giving them the way or the approach. Yeah, he already raised the bar how to conquer, you know, Goliath in our life. He was the very first person in record. Very first person in record in the issue of Israelites and Philistine. And we all know the Philistine. There was a last year, it was I think somewhere around last year, that the E A D Boy spoke so much about the you know, the rest of the Goliaths and the people out the rest of the um the people that surround um David destroy them. You know, people that you have in your cacos goes a long way. Either they motivate you or they diminish you or to you. You can see the people that you know, David that surround David or David asks within him, are you a role model to someone? Look at what mommy mentioned. There was someone that happens to be a a role model that she can follow, and she was able to, you know, conquer that Goliath that was before her in a marriage. Same thing, God used David to conquer the first Goliath. They didn't even know there are many more of them, but because God has used David as a role model, and in a time like this, David was weak. Because if you read that second Psalm 21, some you know David was weak, he could not go further, so they have to tell him you know what? Go and rest, don't come, don't go to war with us anymore. For now, you need to be resting because he has built an army. Are we building army for God? Are we building army in our home? Are we building our children? Are we building our spouses? You know, because if we are not building them, we are not helping. If David were not building these people, also have that, you know, that that that that mindset, that relationship with God, making them to know that this is the best approach before you can go in into any Goliath in your life. You need to go in with God. Remember the first Goliath. What did David say? What did he say? He said, You this, you know, uh this on the you know, Phyllis that uncircumcised Phillies that I'm coming to you in the name of the Lord. You can imagine so he has actually raised the bar on how to approach our you know our our our our our you know or giants that is before us. Look at our Lord Jesus Christ, everybody has a giant so the giants for our Lord Jesus Christ was the cross. He was the cross. How does he approach the cross? May the Lord help us because of the time in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank you, sir.

And therefore, now we talk to you, Diad, that you may be confronting the children of God. Who are thou, the rubber bell? Who are you that is facing people? Who are you tormenting the children of God? Is it in sickness? Is it physically? Is it financially? Is it emotionally? Whichever way you have been threatening the children of God. Oh, the power of God, the power of God, the power that is in that precious blood of Jesus. We call upon it this morning and we say we will overcome in the name of the Lord Jesus. Father, we'll pray for as many as have big giants facing them, threatening their Christian race, and for some that might have gone back, for some that might have backslid. Excuse me. We'll pray, Lord God Almighty, that you will bring them back to the fold. You will raise help for your people, oh Lord. Raise help for them, oh Lord. That Lord God Almighty, they will look up unto you, the author and the finisher of their faith, and come back into the fold in the name of Jesus. Paradigm, we have some people that have listened to wrong counsel, and through wrong counsel, they have been misled. We pray, Lord, that you will make way for them, you will let them hear the sound doctrine, the sound gospel, the good news that you have sent for and they will retrace themselves into the fold so that you can showcase us, showcase us to other people in problems. You can showcase us, oh Lord, Lord. We ask that you strengthen us, you grant us the grace to be able to be to be able to follow you to the very end. Showcase us to other people so that we too will raise bars, raise different bars, and people will come to the knowledge of Christ in the name of Jesus. Thank you for every contribution on this platform this morning. We pray, Lord, that you will endow each and every one of us with wisdom, oh Lord, and power to follow you more in the name of Jesus.
